Our team

All our practitioners hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiotherapy or Osteopathy which takes three to four years to complete – but the training does not stop there. We keep abreast of new research techniques and methodologies through post-graduate training and regular in-house training. Many of our therapists have specialist training in areas including Ergonomics, Acupuncture, Pilates, Sports Injury, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS) and Sports Massage.

Mark Conway (Clinical Director)

Physiotherapy : DNS : Workplace Ergonomics : Sports Rehabilitation
He has been a physiotherapist for 20+ years. His love for sport has seen him spend several years working with Northampton Rugby Club and a number of high performance tennis centres in the UK. Aside from sport, he has an interest in post-operative rehabilitation and chronic, difficult cases. Always eager to learn new approaches, Mark is currently one of the few English physiotherapists with knowledge and training in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization(DNS), a concept which is at the forefront of a lot of rehabilitation in Europe and North America.

Lydia Howton

Clinical Rehabilitation : Massage Therapy

During the completion of my degree in Sports Therapy I gained clinical experience in Sports Therapy working alongside Luton Town and Dunstable Town FC. After graduating I worked in a Sports Therapy Clinic and alongside Milton Keynes Lightning Ice Hockey Team, providing MSK Assessments, treatments, pre and post event and maintenance, sports massage, strapping and taping.

I have also completed a Masters Degree in MSK Rehab, enhancing my knowledge in Rehab Prescription for MSK and Neuro conditions. I also undertook courses in Intrinsic Biomechanics and FMS to be able to provide movement screens and assessments and prescribe corrective exercise programs to enhance movement, stability, flexibility and enhance sporting performance.

I have had the pleasure of working with MK Lightning Ice Hockey, Luton Town RFC and Bedford Junior Blues along with individual athletes for an array of different sports.

I have a keen interest in Ice Hockey and played in Canada for 2 years whilst studying and since represented GB at 3 Winter Universiades. I currently play for MK Falcons Premier League.

I also enjoy weight training and Yoga. I have previously competed in a white collar boxing match and last year I took on Mt Kilimanjaro.

Tobias Mist

Physiotherapy

Previous to qualifying as a Physiotherapist I spent 8 years working as a REPs level 3 Personal Trainer, so I am extremely interested in helping those who have lower back issues or exercise related injuries.

I also previously worked as part of a prestigious personal training and exercise rehabilitation team where I had the opportunity to train and treat a wide variety of professional sports persons, ranging from professional footballers to professional ballet dancers.

So I bring a wealth of experience from the fitness industry to the CMK Therapy team and combine this with my knowledge and skills as a musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to help get my patients back to peak physical form.

When I'm not fixing backs and injuries I enjoy going to the gym, walking and fishing.

Oli Noyer

Osteopathy

I enjoy working will all types of patients and conditions.  My approach is to look at the person as a whole to make sure I get a complete understanding before making a diagnosis.  Then I use my skills as an osteopath to get stiff joints moving and tight muscles relaxed so movement returns and pain is reduced.

I’ve lived in multiple countries (France, Greece, Argentina and the UK) and speak a number of languages. I am fluent in English, French and Spanish).  This helps me to understand and adapt to patients’ differing cultural backgrounds.

In my free time I enjoy rock climbing and running and have a tennis and gymnastic background.
