Pilates is a form of precision exercise that taught correctly, balances strength with flexibility increasing stamina and co-ordination and focusing on natural movement patterns. It encourages the rebalancing of muscle groups, serving to bring the body into good postural alignment, allowing your body to function more efficiently.
Pilates is suited to all ages and levels of fitness, as the exercises are adapted to meet individual needs and abilities. It is the perfect exercise solution to our current lifestyle.
With a wide range of modern Pilates equipment in our new and well-lit studio, we offer both individual and group Pilates sessions at CMK Therapy, with no more than nine people per group session.
