The purpose of Sports Massage Therapy is to provide support to the player before, during and after their event, helping them to maintain optimal performance levels and helping to prevent injury throughout the sporting event. Other effects of Sports Massage Therapy are alleviating tension in the muscles, reducing fatigue, minimising swelling and encouraging flexibility.
