Clinical Pilates is really good for keeping you strong and mobile and improving your balance. It is excellent for improving flexibility and strength, especially core strength and is suitable for all ages.
For those of you who may have had an injury or fall, at CMK Therapy we know that it can be hard to know when to start exercising again. Our Pilates classes are called Clinical Pilates because they are taught by someone who is trained to understand your injury and will be able to help give you the confidence and know-how you need to exercise safely. All of our instructors have either a degree in Physiotherapy or Rehabilitation and therefore better understand your injuries. They will be able to advise you on which exercises you will benefit most from and, just as importantly, which exercises you should avoid.
Our classes are small and friendly (maximum 8 per class). This allows for personal attention so we can make sure you are getting the maximum benefit.
